*HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE* The last day to purchase an item with free shipping and for it to get there in time for Christmas is DECEMBER 13, 2023. After this date I cannot guarantee that your order will arrive before Christmas.
Hi! Welcome to Sonoran Desert Digital! I’ve included a few notes in this announcement section that I feel are important for you to know about my shop!
1. I am a one woman show here at SDD and I do my absolute best to get orders out as fast as possible.
2. Every order now comes with tracked shipping. Once you receive your shipping email, that means your order has officially shipped! It is currently taking 1-2 Weeks for orders to be delivered, this is totally out of my control and I’m at the mercy of the USPS system. The tracking numbers you receive are given to me from Etsy. I have 0 control over the tracking numbers, and if there is an error, it’s an issue with USPS.
3. My custom spots are open, but due to current projects I am a part of, my processing time is 4-5 WEEKS. If you have any questions at all, please message me and I can answer any questions you may have.
4. If there is any issue/problem with your order PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME. I will do whatever I can to fix any issues.
*International Shipping*: I must now charge for shipping to other countries. Due to new taxes laws and regulations, international shipping will not be free. I am currently working to find a cheaper way to ship internationally. It is taking longer for international shipping. If it has been longer than this time frame, please contact me.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes! I accept customs and I'm happy to work with anyone for a custom piece. There is a customs button on the main SDD Etsy page that allows you to submit a custom request.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If your order is a gift, mark it as a gift and I can include a personalized note to them!
Wholesale availability
I offer wholesale sticker sets, if you would like to make a wholesale order please contact me through etsy or email.
Are the stickers waterproof
Yes. Stickers are water proof, but I do not recommend submerging them in water or washing them in the dishwasher.
Address Issues
If you inform me BEFORE your order ships, I am happy to fix the address on my end!
If you do not inform me before your order ships you have 2 options. You can repurchase your item with the correct address, or if the post office returns your order to me, I will be happy to reship it to you.
Please double check your address before placing your order.
Tracking Number not working
The tracking numbers I send out are provided to me by USPS. I have no control over the tracking numbers and if they work or not. If your tracking numbers shows it is delivered at the wrong address, please contact me!
