Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS:
We cannot offer returns on any custom stickers. If you have any concerns or issues with your purchase please use the Contact Us tab to reach out.
This policy is valid for 30 days post ship date. If it has been past 30 days since your order has shipped, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
To be eligible for a RETURN, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please be ready to provide your order number when requesting a refund.
THE RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS (if applicable):
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and we will reach out via email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days*.
*Days of return depends on the original method of purchase and the company your card is issued to. US Holidays are also to be taken into consideration.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
When your refund is initiated, you will receive an email notification. It can take up to 10 business days after this time for the amount to appear in your account.
If this time has passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use the Contact Us tab to reach out about the issue.
RETURN SHIPPING (if applicable):
We will provide a shipping label for returns if items are defective or damaged.
